Every dress, regardless of size and colour, is made to order and takes 8-10 weeks to make. Bespoke dresses: 12+ weeks.

Delivery: 1 week.

Dresses made in sizes 8-18 are returnable if made in a returnable colour. Select the Dress Colour drop-down menu to see which colours are returnable. If the dress features a sash/bow/band that can be made in a different colour to the dress, this also has to be a 'returnable' colour.

Dresses that have been modified in anyway are non returnable.

Dresses made in non standard sizes - e.g. Bust: 10, Waist 12, Hips 14, Length 105, cannot be returned regardless of colour.

UK only returns. Returns must be made within 7 days, via a trackable service, that you will need to pay for. Additional postage costs will not be refunded.
