What size should I order? |

It is really important that you know your bust, waist, hips and length measurement before ordering. You can then refer to the size chart on each page. If your not a standard size, then the dress will not fit. There is no 'give' in our dresses. The best option would be to have your dress Closer Fit. |

When will I receive my dress? |
| A. |
If your dress or accessory is in stock we will dispatch it within 24 hours. The majority of dresses take 6 weeks to make, Lou Lou and Angel Bride dresses can take up to 14 weeks. Please e-mail us with the name of the dress or accessory you're interested in and we will get back to you ASAP with a delivery time. Sashes also take 6 weeks. |

Do you ship internationally? |

Yes. Please add the relevant postage at the checkout. You will be responsible for any customs charges & taxes that may incur. |

Can I return my item if its unsuitable? |

Which items cannot be returned? |

Made-to-Measure dresses or a dress which is not made fully to our standard size chart. Altered dresses, bespoke dress, any dress that we don't not sell on our website. Dresses in sizes 0-4, or 20+, dresses ordered in a non returnable colour, sashes & garters made to your specific dimensions (outside of the dimension we offer on this website) cannot be returned. Jewellery or hair accessories that have been customised with your initials for example are also non-returnable. |

How do I know which colour to order? |

Can I have a discount for ordering more than 1 dress? |

We believe our dresses are very competitively priced. Other companies often offer a dress in standard sizes and only a few colour options, so benefit from bulk discounts, but offer the customer little choice.
Most of our dresses are available in any colour, size, and can be Closer Fit, so we don't buy in bulk and receive a bulk discount from our suppliers.
We also buy many of our dresses from America, which incur a import duty, tax, and shipping costs. With all this in mind, unfortunately we don't offer discounts for buying more than 1 dress. |

Yes. We can design a dress based on styles that you like, a theme such as vintage, styles that will suit you, budget, colours, event, etc. |

How much does a bespoke dress cost? |

It can be as little as £160.00 or around £600 for a wedding dress for example. |
