Regardless of your order date the dress is available for loaning from MONDAY-WEDNESDAY OR TUESDAY-THURSDAY.

This service allows you to check the quality and style of a dress before committing to buy.

If you decide to keep the dress, we can invoice you for the difference.

Dresses are not to be worn outside, for events, etc. In addition, most gowns will have SAMPLE printed on them or will have a security device attached. All labels must remain intact.

Please note that, in most cases, we have just one sample of each dress and so will not be able to satisfy specific sizing or colour requirements.

From the day that the package containing the dress is signed for, you have 3 days to look at the dress and then it must be returned. There is a £10 charge for every day that you keep the dress over the 3 day loan period – this excludes any delays that the courier may be experiencing.

You are responsible for return shipping costs (we will enclose returns bag and label). Dress(es) must be returned via a trackable, signed for service with adequate insurance. Royal Mail Special Delivery will be adequate (1st Class Signed For does not have enough compensation coverage for losses so this is NOT adequate). You will be charged for a dress lost in transit if a non-trackable service, with inadequate insurance, is used.

Dresses will be dispatched by courier within 3-5 days of receiving your order.

Many dresses will arrive brand new, and/or in good, clean condition, all zips working, and no pulls or marks on the fabric.
